A-1 EcoZal WIRE IS ALSO KNOWN AS ZINC ALU WIRE. INSTEAD OF ONLY Zn COATING ON WIRE, A-1 EcoZal WIRE HAS COATING OF Zn+Al IN RATIO OF 90% &10%. COMPARED TO HEAVY GALV WIRE, IF WE USE A-1 EcoZal WIRE, WE CAN GET A BETTER LIFE OF WIRE AS IT HAS BETTER CORROSION RESISTANCE PROPERTY.
ALL OTHER PARAMETERS LIKE TENSILE, ELONGATION WILL REMAIN THE SAME AS GALVANISED WIRES. TO TEST CORROSION RESISTANCE PROPERTY, WIRE IS TESTED FOR SALT SPRAY TEST WHERE IT IS SPRAYED WITH SALT WATER WHICH WILL TURN THE SURFACE OF WIRE BROWN DUE TO OXIDATION.

TEST (SST), WHEREAS THE WIRE WITH 95% ZINC AND 10% ALUMINUM IN IT’S COATING STARTED SHOWING RED RUST AFTER 800 HOURS OF SS. HOT DIP GALVANIZED WIRE SHOWED SIGNS OF RED RUST AFTER 350 HOURS OF SST.
